栾英成，男，山東煙台人，博士畢業于東南大學交通學院道路工程專業。近五年以第一作者/通訊作者發表SCI/EI論文20篇，擔任Journal of Cleaner Production，Construction and Building Materials，Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering，Road Materials and Pavement Design等期刊審稿人。
